Clear, evidence-based nutrition advice – practical, safe and sustainable.

Brenda Smith is a Senior Specialist Allergy Dietitian with extensive NHS and private practice experience. She supports adults with food allergies and intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), complex gastrointestinal conditions, weight management and eating disorders.

Many of the people Brenda sees are managing several diagnoses or long-standing symptoms, and have often been given conflicting advice along the way. She brings clarity, with personalised dietary guidance grounded in the latest evidence and designed to fit your life. Working closely with our GPs and Clinical Psychologist, she is also a core part of our Metabolic Clinic.
